Let's just say it. Conferences can be boring. It's a long day of cold rooms, endless PowerPoint slides, and content that just scratches the surface of what you're needing. HER Experience is designed for true connection, growth, and inspiration. At the end of the day, we want you to leave feeling excited and ready for what's next.
The HER Experience Journeys give you complete ownership of your day by allowing you to choose the exact focus area that aligns with your goals. Instead of jumping between disconnected sessions, you’ll spend the entire day embedded with a dedicated cohort and dynamic facilitators, engaging in immersive, curated content built for deep learning, active collaboration, and actionable skill-building.

Designed with a casual, comfortable atmosphere in mind, the lounge offers cozy seating, light refreshments, and a relaxed environment away from the bustle of the day.
Whether you need to catch up on emails between sessions, debrief key takeaways over coffee, or spark spontaneous collaborations with fellow attendees, the Connection Lounge is where authentic networking happens naturally.
Sunday Welcome Reception &
Dine Around
Unwind and ease into the conference at our Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Dine Around! We’re skipping the stiff corporate icebreakers and kicking things off with a drink, a few delicious bites, and chatting with fellow attendees in a low-pressure, welcoming space.
After mingling, we will break into small groups and head out to explore downtown Columbus, Indiana. You’ll enjoy dinner at one of the local spots nearby to get to know other attendees and set a comfortable, supportive vibe for an incredible next day.

The Welcome Reception is included in registration fee. Dine Around is self pay.
