A Leadership Experience for Girls
LeadHER Lab is a four-session leadership experience designed to help middle school girls (age 12-14) discover who they are, grow their confidence, and connect with others in a meaningful way. Through interactive activities, real-life conversations, and hands-on learning, participants will build the skills they need to lead in school, relationships, and their community.
Each session focuses on a different aspect of leadership—from understanding personal strengths to speaking up, working with others, and taking action. Girls will not only learn leadership skills, they’ll practice them in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Throughout the program, participants will also meet strong women leaders from our community who will share their stories, offer guidance, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
